ALDO GARCES is originally from Venezuela, where he worked for many years in his own exclusive Italian clothing import business. Later on he moved to San Diego, California where he worked with a Mexican partner in their own Latin American restaurant.

He arrived in Puerto Vallarta in 1994 and entered the real estate field as a sales representative with Remax Nautica and Coldwell Banker. He established Pancho's Villas in 1996 and is a member of international organizations such as AMPI, NAR & FIABCI.

Over the years he has built good relationships with many clients who return time and time again to carry out sales, purchases and investments through his company. He is also involved in construction and development and his extensive experience servicing local, national and foreign clients, has made him one of the most respected businessmen in the area. Aldo's hobbies include reading, cooking and good wine.

COLLEEN BIXLER has been coming to Puerto Vallarta since 1983, and has been making it her second home since 2000.  She comes from Oklahoma City originally and has been in Colorado for the past 24 years.  She worked in City government for almost 20 years.  Colleen is a licensed Realtor in Colorado and is a member of NAR, and is certified as a Transnational Referral Specialist and is a member of ICREA, with specialized education for selling international real estate.  Colleen has made Puerto Vallarta her permanent home.  She loves travel, reading and movies, and teaching meditation.

SALLY - MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT

Originally from Suffolk in England, Sally and her husband decided to take early retirement in 2003 and although they had planned their retirement in Spain, circumstances changed after a trip to Puerto Vallarta in 1999 and their only daughter decided to come to live here in August 2000 and so they decided that this was the logical place to be. After being 'retired' for 9 months, Sally joined the team at Pancho's Villas as Management Assistant.

Sally worked in Banking for many years and has a great deal of experience in office administration and in communicating with clients both by telephone and in a 'face to face' situation.

Sally says, "There is something here for everyone. Friends and family in England thought we were mad to take the risk and move to Mexico but after seeing the change in lifestyle I think maybe they realize we weren't so mad after all. If you want something enough you can make it happen. Let us help you realize your dream."

RICARDO MACIEL

Ricardo Maciel was born in Nayarit, Mexico. Accountant by profession, he specialized in Systems Administration and Accounting with much experience in implementing business internal controls since 1983. After visiting Puerto Vallarta many times on vacation, enjoying the incomparable natural beauty, the tourist attractions, the wonderful people and the climate, he decided to give his family the opportunity to enjoy Vallarta full time by moving here. This is how he came to meet Sr. Aldo Garcés and join the staff at Pancho’s Villas Real Estate, which he feels is a great opportunity to grow professionally with a leader in the international business of real estate. He is in charge of Internal Control in Systems Administration in the areas of Sales, Rentals and Property Administration.
